We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Seller Marketing Manager (specialising in B2B communications and marketing) to join our high energy team. You’ll be able to navigate the complex world of product & program marketing along with own and deliver a robust seller lifecycle communications plan.

Offering a flexible workplace and reporting into the Senior Manager of Seller Operations, you will be responsible for executing our seller marketing strategy to drive seller growth & engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how e-commerce works and will be able to think creatively about how to engage sellers. You will also need to work across product, brand, CRM, partnerships, merchant development, analytics and pricing. You are an exceptional project manager and are able to manage multiple work streams at the same time while delivering against tight timelines.
Drive, develop and execute end to end seller lifecycle engagement and marketing
Drive adoption of key business programs by developing and executing strong content and go-to-market plans
Control the single view of seller approach ensuring the relevant content is being shared at the right time via appropriate channels (email, seller platform, onsite and phone outreach)
Provide air traffic control of our seller communications to ensure relevancy and avoid communication burn out
Develop and own seller marketing metrics and reporting/dashboards
Identify new opportunities and channels to engage with our seller base
Own and manage the relationship with global marketing and CRM stakeholders including the eBay marketing Centre of Excellence
Represent the “voice of the sellers” internally and externally by putting our sellers at the forefront of everything we do
Strong leadership and influencing skills, creativity, prioritisation skills, strategic thinking and strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Ability to network, build relationships and influence stakeholders upwards, downward and across teams
Ability to self-educate, learn fast and work autonomously
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
A fast worker, committed to meeting targets and deadlines
Excellent, solutions-focused interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for eBay and e-commerce
Minimum 8-10 years experience in B2B comms/marketing, product marketing or CRM roles
Education – Bachelor degree minimum
