About the team:
You will support the Product & Tech leadership team and their people leaders. In addition, as part of our agile community, you will ensure that our initiatives scale through the whole organization.
We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a (Senior) Agile Coach (d/f/m) - Maternity Cover / Fixed Term Contract 16months.
Promote and support agile practices and mind-set across mobile.de and help us to deliver value continuously^.
Lift our organization to adapt to change rapidly. With a people-first approach.
Make our processes, roles, and organizational knowledge transparent.
Create an impact on our product by encouraging customer-centricity.
Inspire our teams on how to facilitate vibrant workshops and use the best New Work tools and methods.
Support our in-house facilitator's guild with your passion and expertise.
Assign and guide our external Agile Coaches.
Establish learning formats to encourage formal and informal learning in the organization.
Actively promote our employer brand to attract new talents.
Support our people leader with team building, diversity, decision making, solving conflicts and/or help with change.
Your Qualification & Skill Profile:
You have a university degree or a comparable education in the fields of economics, business administration, engineering, psychology or the like.
Working experience of at least 5-7 years in the areas of e-commerce and agile consulting / coaching (including moderation and facilitation of agile formats) or similar.
Comprehensive know-how on agile method or you are a certified Agile Coach.
You are curious and forward-thinking and enjoy tasks in organizational learning & development.
You go beyond the standard Agile textbook examples, constantly challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvements.
You have experience influencing across the organization and inspire change.
There is no one size fits all solution when it comes to people and you understand the impact on others and adapt your approach according to context and situation.
You are proactive and keen on crafting the way we work.
Communication is key and you can communicate optimal.
You are proficient in English. Fluent German is a plus.
