About the team:

Our team takes care of various transactional product focusing on car financing, leasing and other new businesses. In this team we bring car financing offerings to our consumers and dealers online and make the buying journey more convenient for our consumers.

Besides the external partner management, we work closely with all other departments such as sales, marketing, product, tech etc. to make our offerings as successful as possible.

We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager, Financing (f/m/d).

Your role:

  • Together with the team you will shape's future by developing new products and services.
  • Strengthening our existing partnerships by identifying and developing new products and services as well as building new business opportunities in the fields of car financing, leasing, subscription, digital retail ...
  • Continuously screen competition, technology trends and standard methodologies within the market
  • Be the main contact and go-to person for our external partners and creating a bridge to our internal team members.
  • Being responsible for revenue targets as well as supervising and our metrics to measure business success and develop new possibilities to grow.
  • Drive business judgment, market understanding, problem solving, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, structure, and address complicated business problems.
  • Collaborate with and be part of cross-functional teams with colleagues from Product Management, Marketing, Operations & Sales, Research and Analytics to enable lean opportunity validations. Be the business development counterpart to jointly evaluate, develop & gain new opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree (or similar) in a business-related field or relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, focus on partner management or key account management with the least 5+years of experience
  • Comfortable working in a matrix in a highly agile environment
  • Fast apprehension, excellent logical, analytical and strategic skills, hard-working
  • You are ready to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond to help your team build a successful product and business.
  • High intrinsic motivation for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication style to bring together people from various backgrounds and build to-the-point presentations for different levels within the organization including top management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in German and English.
